2016 Annual General Meeting

It is time for our 2016 Annual General Meeting!

This year’s AGM will include a year-in-review discussion, review of the nominations for board positions, elect/re-elect our new board members, and discuss all new proposals for the 2016-17 year.

Our AGM is open to all members. If you are not yet a member, you can navigate to our Member’s page and sign up there. Or, if you prefer to pay your membership fee in cash, you can attend our AGM and pay at the door.

Membership benefits include:

  • Participating in our Ordinary Members Meetings & Extraordinary General Meetings,
  • Exclusive voting rights on all Society wide issues,
  • Submitting a motion to the AGM,
  • Nominating and/or running for a board position at our AGM,
  • Being a part of any of our campaigns throughout Scotland, and
  • Gaining early access to campaign and press release information, before they are published for
    the public at large.

To nominate a member for a board position or submit a motion for review at our AGM, you can either use the form below or email your submissions directly to scottishsecularsocietynews@gmail.com. All submissions must be made no later than Thursday 14 April, 2016 to be considered at our AGM.

Wine service and light refreshments as always.
